Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

At Equine Care, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please refer to our refund policy below:


You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Items returned between 30-90 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note: We will pay for the return shipment if the return is due to an error on our part. You can request a "Return Service Label" from us for easier return shipping, with the cost deducted from your refund.


If exchanging an item (e.g., a different size), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.


Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks after we receive your return, including transit time, processing time, and bank processing. We will notify you via email once your refund is issued.

How to Return:

Complete and include the Equine Care Return Form with your return package.

Ship returns to the address provided on the Return Form.

Please note:

Some products may have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping rates are weight-based, rounded up to the next full pound. Orders over 70 lbs may be split into multiple shipments. Any significant changes to estimated shipping costs will be communicated for your approval before shipping.
