Exchanges:

  • - *Shipping for Exchanged Products*: If you are exchanging an item (for example, for a different size of the same product), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. Equbliss will contact you to arrange payment for return shipping.

Refunds:

This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
